No video or photo for this one, but I was at the gym Friday morning and I was feeling a bit shitty and bothered, I think we all just tend to get caught up in our own shit and take things for granted, and as I went to go do bicep curls I saw this guy working out in a wheelchair.
No complaints or anything just there to get shit done, and I think it really just hit me, what do I have to complain about and more importantly what do I take for granted, I mean yeah I have bad pain when I walk but atleast I can walk so why not make the most of that and be grateful for what I do have
Just put a shitty day into perspective and showed that I have no reason to not commit and work on myself.
